Mosaic Income is an independent research publication focused on institutional-grade analysis across public markets, private credit, real assets, and macro economic cycles.

I'm Jason Nees, a portfolio manager and private credit specialist with 15 years of institutional investment experience spanning middle-market lending, commercial real estate, and private equity for family offices. Alumni of Merrill Lynch, Bank of America and Morgan Stanley.
